Fire Risk Assessment
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers most premises and requires that a fire risk assessment has been undertaken and recorded where there are 5 or more employees. The risk assessment must also be regularly reviewed.
We are experienced in undertaking these assessments, no mater what type of property or venue, large or small, independent or corporate.
The assessment covers all aspect of the governing legislation, including:
