Client Requirements
We were commissioned to project manage the refurbishment of Nestle's York Head Office. The building was constructed in the 1960s. The mechanical and electrical infrastructure had reached the end of its serviceable life. The internal spaces also require updating to meet modern office expectations.
Work replaced the building's mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Refurbishment of the ground floor reception, restaurant, commercial kitchen and coffee bar, including external landscape improvements, were completed in April 2018.

The offices and ancillary facilities needed to remain operation throughout the works and Moliri lead the complex planning and coordination between the Architect, Mechanical and Electrical Designers, Contractor and Client.
Through Moliri's project direction, future phases of work within the Nestle Northern Head Office can be delivered with a coherent design and integrated strategy for building services.
