The project brief was to modify, refurbish and extend the laboratory and replace the heating, cooling, air handling and ventilation systems to meet the client's requirements.
Moliri Service
Moliri were appointed as Project Managers and Client Advisors to deliver this complex project.
It was necessary to ensure that the project plan allowed for laboratory operations and associated offices to remain operational throughout the work. This presented many challenges, including working around sensitive chemical and microbiological processes. Careful planning and coordination between the Designers, CDM Advisor, Contractor and Client was required at every stage of the project.
