Client Requirements
Pad55 Ltd aimed to break the retirement housing mould by achieving a lively and dynamic space of 12 common-hold properties for the over 55 market, incorporating contemporary design, super-insulated homes, sedum roofs and on-site power generation. The development was centred around communal facilities including a swimming pool, guest suite and residents' communal lounge.

Moliri Service
We acted in the role as Developer in both the design and construction phases, including negotiating the site purchase and obtaining funding for the development. We selected the design team, obtained planning consent and negotiated with a contractor to undertake the construction.
The development achieved numerous property awards for its innovative design and forward thinking.
