David is the joint founding Partner of Moliri Consulting. David has a degree in Architecture and Building Science and has over 35 years’ experience in building development and construction consultancy sectors. David has an extensive portfolio of projects including commercial, industrial, educational and domestic works. David has particular knowledge and experience in the food sector and Project Management of buildings interfacing with complex manufacturing process installations.
Quentin Matthews BSc(Hons) BA (Hons)
Quentin is joint founding Partner of Moliri Consulting with a mix of commercial, organisational, and leadership experience, gained via a career spanning the IT, healthcare and military sectors. This has included key management roles in large-scale operational and regulatory change programmes and the delivery of multi-million pound, business critical projects. He is confident in communicating at every level, gathering information from multiple sources and presenting balanced and workable solutions for problem resolution.
Quentin is additionally qualified in undertaking all aspects Fire Risk Assessments.
